Very relaxed atmosphere. Clean, comfortable room with cable TV channels. Excellent choice for breakfast. Staff were all very helpful with a good level of English. Very close to old town where there are plenty of interesting shops restaurants and bars. Hotel was in a quiet road though and very peaceful. No noise from other rooms either.

The Blu Monkey Hub in Old Town Phuket is a pleasant and delightfully refurbished hotel that punches well above its weight. Pleasant and clean with helpful and happy staff eager to assist, it was a grand reception. Paul who spends many hours a day at the Nlu Monkey keeps a tight hand on the ship. He is a courteous, happy and respectful man for whom nothing is to hard to accommodate. A great staff meme to be appreciated. The hotel is well placed and central. It is 100m from the terminal1 bus station and not too far from the night markets.

Comfy beds, nice restaurants around the hotel. I really liked that it's on more quiet area, so I didn't have to use earplugs to get good night's sleep. Breakfast was versatile and tasty.

Extremely comfortable bed. On the quieter side of Phuket town near the old bus hub. Bikes available for use as the walk into old town center is about 10 mins. Feels like a grown up version of a hostel with nice library and co-working space.

Nice modern building, next to the old bus terminal (terminal 1), a 10 minutes walk from old town center. Stylish room in black and white, comfortable bed, good wifi, ok A/C. Friendly staff and free coffee, tea, cookies, bananas in the common area. Clean and quiet.

It was really good to get to some shopping malls and had some good smaller shops around. Really good for the price and also had decent view. the staff were super helpful and friendly, available at all times and even helped either decorating the room for my partner for her birthday, really cute thing. being able to use the washer and dryer at any time was also good and if we got stuck, again the staff were there to help. the room was nice and decent, really good bed size and had more than enough room, TV was perfect as it was a smart TV and also having the mini fridge was perfect.

The place is close to Phuket Terminal, so it's easy for us to go around. Phuket old town on Sunday also has this market, which is amazing! And they let us keep our storage on Sunday while we are going around and waiting for our next flight! And shot out to all of their staff who helped us, I forgot, but there's this guy in the receptionist and Mindy if I'm not wrong, also this girl who helped us during our check in, they are amazing! The bathtub is also amazing

Blu Monkey is exactly what I respected from the listing - nothing too fancy but really good essentials. The staff were lovely, especially Paul who assisted us a few times, and the property was well maintained, including daily room cleaning. The location was right outside the beautiful streets of Old Town, which was ideal, and there were lots of good restaurants within a 5-15 minute walk.

Stylish comfortable hotel, in principle it was very comfortable. The unprofessional and unfriendly attitude of the man in glasses at the reception ruined the whole atmosphere.

The design of the hotel, the rooms etc was quirky and comfortable. The bed and the pillows etc made for an amazing night sleep…also the soundproofing must have been good because was not disturbed at all. Great location for Phuket old town. Breakfast was surprisingly really good too, nice coffee.
